From LUMP to plum

We are pleased to announce that Plum has been selected to occupy Lump for a pilot year, starting in September 2026. They submitted an excellent, comprehensive proposal to operate an interdisciplinary community art space at Lump, and we are more than happy to see their plans and ideas come to fruition.

Plum is Marty, Mary Beth, & Maddy. With their collective backgrounds in arts, education, and coordination, they will continue cultivating an interdisciplinary arts community at Lump. Half the building will be a flexible event space, and the other half will be Mend Mother’s brick-and-mortar location. The building’s open hours will expand, and there will be many opportunities for engaging with multi-media arts. Expect to see workshops, residencies, exhibitions, artist talks, live shows (music, readings, performances), craft nights, and so much more!
